A seasoned mariner with a scope of experience and achievements spanning over 37 years within the international petroleum and drilling industry. Directing offshore marine operations on 12 oceans and seas, working with clients in 21 foreign countries on 5 continents. Resulting in the successful movement as the Rig Mover and Tow Master on over 200 offshore mobile jack-up drilling units in water depth ratings from 24 to 400 ft. Successful interaction with client shore based management and offshore operations. Leadership in marine projects, as direct supervisor and responsible for all marine aspects of offshore drilling units, including rig moves, vessel modifications, cargo logistics, marine inspection, ISM and ISPS certification, stability calculation reviews, safety programs, and marine personnel mentoring. Participated, managed, and directly supervised, new construction, refurbishment, and repair of mature offshore rigs with shipyard experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, West Africa, Cameroon, West Africa, and the United States.
